Seshen Labs grew out of graduate research at Brunel University London into a structural problem: organisational forgetfulness in AI workflows.
The framework's five-component architecture was designed using Design Science Research methodology and grounded in a PRISMA-compliant systematic review of 30 papers across knowledge-management theory, GraphRAG architecture, and multi-agent systems.
Implementation and go-to-market are led by Vincent Bosire, MSc AI Strategy (Brunel, 2026), ACCA — with 20+ years spanning investment analysis, management accounting, and AI consulting across Kenya and the UK.
