Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Seshen Labs for use of the Seshen-Prism platform and services.
1. The service
Seshen Labs Limited ("Seshen") provides Seshen-Prism — a memory layer for AI systems, delivered as isolated tenant vaults, a metered gateway, and MCP endpoints ("the Service"), together with implementation and consulting services.
2. Accounts & access
Tenant access is provisioned by Seshen and authenticated by per-tenant keys. You are responsible for safeguarding your keys and for all activity under your tenant. Keys are validated server-side; report any suspected compromise immediately.
3. Acceptable use
- You may not use the Service to infringe rights, breach laws, or process data you lack lawful authority to process
- You may not attempt to access another tenant's vault or the platform's administrative surfaces
- You may not resell or white-label the Service except under a written partner agreement
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the data, documents, and corpora you load into your vault. Seshen processes that content solely to provide the Service — retrieval, synthesis, and metering — and does not train shared models on tenant corpora.
5. Fees & billing
Services are provided under fixed-quote or subscription terms agreed in writing. Usage is metered at the gateway and reconciled to your agreement. Spend caps are hard limits: exceeding them pauses service until the next cycle or an agreed increase.
6. Availability & warranties
The Service is provided "as is" with commercially reasonable availability. Seshen does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seshen disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Limitation of liability
Except for breaches of confidentiality or payment obligations, each party's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice. On termination, your vault data is retained for 30 days for export, then deleted in line with our deletion policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
