Privacy Policy
What Seshen Labs collects, why, and what we never do with your data.
1. What we collect
- Contact details — name, email, and company when you enquire, request partner access, or book a call
- Tenant usage — token counts and metering data for the gateway, used for billing and capacity
- Vault content — the corpora and knowledge you deliberately load into your tenant vault, processed solely to provide the Service
- Site analytics — basic traffic data from the website
2. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and scope engagements
- To provide, meter, and bill the Service
- To improve the platform — never by training shared models on tenant corpora
3. What we never do
- We never sell personal data
- We never share vault content with other tenants or third parties, except processors required to operate the Service
- We never use tenant data for advertising
4. Retention & deletion
Enquiry details are retained while a conversation is active and deleted on request. Vault content is retained for the life of your subscription plus 30 days, then deleted. Write to us to delete earlier.
5. Security
Tenant vaults are isolated at the storage layer. Access is key-based and server-validated. Traffic is TLS-encrypted in transit and vault data is encrypted at rest.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact info@seshen.co.ke and we respond within 30 days.
7. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be announced on this page and, for customers, by email.
